Custom Cookies
All custom orders require payment in full to complete a booking.

A full refund is only available for the first 36 hours following payment being made.
After 1.5 days, only a partial refund of 50% will be processed up until 1 week prior to service date.
I understand certain situations can arise, however my time is valuable and do not offer refunds within this one week window.

To avoid losing out on your investment, canceled orders will be given credit for the amount paid, which will be good for 6 months following cancellation date, or 18 months on orders of $500 or more for large events/weddings.
​
This credit can be used for a completely new event/theme of your liking, however will require at minimum 2 weeks notice and is subject to my current availability.

Digital Products
Due to the nature of delivery, instant downloads, cookie pintables, STL files, and any other digital products are not eligible for a refund.
All sales are final. If you find a mistake on your order, or have an issues with your order please reach out to me and we can work on fixing your issue together.

All digital products are printed/tested prior to listing and no refunds will be issued for any reason including having troubles with printing/color differences, or issues with your personal 3D printing machinery.
I am human and sometimes things slip through the crack. I am here to help. I will work to correct anything that has gone wrong with your file(s) due to mistakes made by myself.

Holiday Pre-Sales
Pre-sale cookies for specific holidays or calendar events, such as national appreciation days, are made to order and are often personalized.

Because of this, all sales are final and no refunds will be given on any orders cancelled/not picked up.
​
Please be sure to pickup at the scheduled pick-up time. If you cannot make the pickup window, please contact me asap. I will not hold cookies past scheduled pickup dates if no contact is made with me within 24 hours of missing your scheduled pick-up.

Remembering your pick-up date and time is not my responsibility but will do my best to remind everyone via social media.
